What does Our
Warranty Cover?

EMG Precision guarantees the quality of its new spindles for 12 months from the date of shipment.

This warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components.

It is highly unlikely, given our extreme pre-despatch Qulality Testing regime and the highly protective packaging that we ship our spindle in, but in the event of a failure or defect on delivery, we can provide a very quick repaire or replacement service.

In the event of a warranty reapir or replacement we have a very simple reporting procedure to ensure we act quickly!

Obviously there are some things our Warranty just can't cover...

The warranty is limited to defects of manufacturing and is not extended to the parts exposed to normal wear.

Damages and defects resulting from incorrect electrical connections, misuse, improper maintenance, out of balance tooling, incorrect warm-up procedure, improper air supply and untimely communications reporting defects are excluded from our warranty negating any and all of our obligations.

Failure to fulfil agreed payment conditions shall result in the termination of warranty provisions.
