An Industrial precision Automatic Tool Change Spindle that is perfectly suited for use on CNC Router or CNC Mills, Milling machines and other machining centres. This CNC ATC Spindle Motor can be water cooled or oil cooled and can be easily setup on DIY CNC machines. This is a 6kW ISO25 or HSK32E ATC Spindle that has a maximum speed of 36,000rpm at 2.4Nm Torque. It is possible to fit an optional encoder to this spindle and as standard, it comes with a tool change air seal, sometimes called a labyrinth seal and a tool sensor to signal to the cnc machine a tool present status. Our ATXC Pro Series represent the ultimate in configurable, precision, industrial electric spindles. Bearings are the life and soul of a precision spindle. With this particular spindle model we only fit a Premium Series Bearing from our friends over at GMN, a German specialist at the cutting edge of performance bearings. Although it is impossible for us to give you the expected life of the bearings as there are too many variables, you can rest assured that EMG Precision use only the best systems and components in order to minimise the rate of wear on your spindle, and prolong its life.
OUR EMG-AT Series spindles achieve concentricity of less than 2microns at the cone. This means that an EMG Precision Spindle gives you excellent surface finish with minimal tool wear. Working to extremely small tolerances as we do means the axis offset is tightly controlled to ensure your spindle spins and wears evenly. Versatile, compact and flexible Incremental encoder

This Incremental encoder generates information about position, angle, and rotation counts. The resolution is defined in the number of lines or pulses per rotation, which the encoder transmits to the control unit for each rotation. This encoder can provide upto 1024 pulses.
