MANUAL TOOL CHANGE CNC SPINDLES

Our industrial range of Manual Tool Change CNC Spindles feature ER Collets including sizes ER8, ER11, ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32 and ER40. These CNC Spindles maintain a constant torque throughout their range and the Manual Tool Change system removes all the complexity of Automatic systems. This means that there is the least possible number of components involved in the assembly between the cutting bit and the CNC spindle motor resulting in a setup that is extremely rigid and precise.
MTC SPINDLES
WORLD-CLASS PRECISION RUNOUT CNC SPINDLES
This model of EMG Precision CNC motor spindles come with Manual Tool Change (MTC) and feature a power range from 300W to 8kW. Fitted with ER type Collets from ER8 to ER40 and come in maximum speeds from 24,000rpm to 40,000rpm. Available in Input power ranges 220V Single Phase and 380V 3-Phase with a full range of VFD's available in store to compliment all of our CNC Spindles.
